Chris Abbey > "That damn tree" at the Grand Canyon... Chris waited and waited to get a clear shot of this tree, took several shots of it from creative angles... every single one of them had at least one tourist in it. Cory snapped this one without even trying hard... better than all the shots I got.

Chris Abbey > A collection of river rocks, just below the surface, the water making the magnified light patterns on them.
Chris Abbey > 1/4 of the mural around the memorial. (SE corner) The other 1/2 of it, on the north side, is virtually imposible to view on a sunny day, as you are looking into the sun to see it.
Chris Abbey > A rare sight in the park, an empty road. We were there midweek, just a week and a half after their peak weekend of the year. The place was still insanely packed, though it's hard to tell that in some of the preceeding images. ;)
